Pete Vuckovich had a 12 year career as a pitcher in the MLB, in which he compiled a 93-69 record and won the Cy Young Award in 1982.
He is now Special Assistant to the GM of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Vuckovich also played Clu Haywood, a Yankees player, in the film "Major League".
